Character | Sculpting
isn’t he cute?
Scrolling through latest works of Artstation users I’ve noticed one particular concept that got my attention. Unspecified creature with unexpectedly helpless expression. Immediately, I wanted to recreate this face in 3D. I asked author of original piece if it was all right, and when he said yes, I started sculpting.
It was fast exercise for one weekend, however very satisfying. It was fully sculpted in ZBrush. I did fast automatic retopology using also this software. Basic rig was done in Blender, and textures was formed in Substance Painter in which I also did some renders.
